LOBC KIDS

At Lake Ouachita Baptist Church our kids (infant through elementary) experience safe,

age-appropriate environments where they learn about Jesus in a creative way. 

Our employees and volunteers are screened with a MinistrySafe background check and the area 

is monitored by security greeters as well as a camera in each room.

Nursery

newborn through 24 months

Our nursery is available each Sunday for ages newborn through 24 months.  We have a team of volunteers to show the love of Jesus to every baby and toddler, while playing, rocking, changing diapers, and singing to them.  These little ones are prayed over and lovingly cared for so that their parents can focus completely on what God has for them in our worship service.  

Preschool

2 through 5 year olds

With lots of fun activities and crafts your child will enjoy every moment in this Sunday School class.  Their teachers, Mrs. Joanne and Mrs. Leslie helps the Bible come alive each week as they teach your children about the amazing love Jesus has for them.  This class is proof that it is never to early to learn the truths found in God's Word. 

1st through 4th grade

This is a creative Sunday School class where your early elementary age child will experience the Bible in ways that help these truths become real to them.  Mrs. Billie Sue and Mrs. Cindy help your child apply God's Word in their day-to-day lives while they enjoy activities and crafts centered around God's story. 

5th through 7th grade

5th through 7th grade 

Here, your child will grow in the knowledge that God values and loves them more than we can even imagine.  Behind every creative lesson the truths from God's Word are revealed to these young hearts.  Their teacher, Mrs. Alana works at Camp Ozark, Mrs. Kay Lynn also helps to teach.  Both ladies have a lot of experience sharing a love for Jesus with children.
